Community Partners
Partnerships with other service providers help address the complex needs that men, women, and children who struggle with homelessness and poverty have. These partnerships also provide our clients with access to additional resources and services and ensure proper leveraging of limited resources to avoid service duplication.
School On Wheels – School on Wheels volunteers provide free tutoring and mentoring to children from kindergarten through twelfth grade living in shelters, motels, vehicles, group foster homes, and the streets of Southern California.
For the Need Foundation – Empowering disadvantaged youth to rise above adversity, break free from poverty, and reach their dreams.
Soap & Soak – Say goodbye to your laundry day and hello to your Laundry Folks! Soap & Soak is partnering with Hope for the Holidays, collecting, washing, and delivering your donations to our Mission!

The Center for Living and Learning works with previously incarcerated clients on re-entry to expunge their record so they are employable.
The LA County Department of Mental Health’s SB 82 Team is a mobile triage team that connects clients with our services, provides mental health assessments and referrals to SFV Mental Health Clinic, SFV Community Mental Health or Hillview.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) homeless veterans to services and housing. The VA hosts a Community Entry Event the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 9am to 4pm where homeless veterans are seen by a VA medical team and transported to outside services.
The Emergency Response Team (ERT) of the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority (LAHSA) transports clients to identified placements.
The Get Together Foundation is committed to action since 2004, providing mobile meal delivery, shelter, and other services to underserved children and families in need.
Healthcare Advocates help clients access SSI and SSDI and to help with denials and our case managers help clients who are documented and homeless access General Relief benefits.
LA Family Housing contracts with us to provide our clients with Rapid Rehousing services and Housing Navigation case management.
LAPD’s Hope Team is a homeless street outreach team that clears homeless encampments in the area and brings clients in for services.
Northeast Valley Health Corporation has a mobile medical unit for basic screenings and medical exams and a licensed clinicians who make referrals to Los Angeles County USC Medical Center or UCLA Hospital.
Tarzana Treatment Centers has a holistic bridge housing program that accepts our clients..
The Village Family Services contracts with us to provide case management to at-risk youth 18 to 24 years old who reside at our 38-bed residential facility in Burbank.
CCRC The Child Care Resource Center (CCRC) cultivates child, family and community well-being.
